Yes, you can reverse with a healthy diet. Cut out excess sugar in your diet: candy, anything with a lot of sugar, you will need to reduce the amount of sugar you use in it.
Also, pay attention to the carbohydrates you eat. Carbs turn into sugar as they process through your body. Carbs are now on the radar and you will need to limit them in your diet also.
Also watch out for sugar substitutes because they can raise your blood sugar also. They are also not healthy, so if you can reduce sugar in your diet, it is much better than turning to substitutes.
Exercise! And on a regular basis. Move, stretch, walk. Stay active.

@averygirl72 That is a lot of sugar you are consuming! It's hard at first, but you get used to it.

Okay, I always eat candy every day. Maybe I should make it just one piece a day . I eat a lot of rice if our ulam is my favorite. I also drink softdrink every other day and I always drink powdered juice. Thank you. I will do this

The first thing is to cut back on sweets and if you are overweight try to lose some. Cutting back on high carb foods helps a lot to. The 2 big ones people eat here are rice and potatoes. Many breads are high also. I have to watch mine because of being overweight.
