Are you an impulsive type of person?

Well, we are only humans and no one is perfect so we can expect someone impulsive.
Those who act like this also have their reasons, or it is already a part of their system to be impulsive. I noticed that those impulsive people have something in their savings, mostly rich. They can act like this, and money is their defender. Those moneyless people are cautious and have no power to do so. They are helpless. In my case, there were times that I acted like this, an impulsive decision that I regretted, and I cannot disclose it here

I am not impulsive person as such, but yes,I have done some impulsive things in life. And I don't regret any. They seemed best at that time.

I used to be extremely impulsive. I didn't care how I looked or the consequences. Now I do. There are some things I'm still impulsive on but not much. It was an impulse to join the Fire Department. It was an impulse to go through EMR class which led to EMT. It was an impulse to start my small shop and each expansion is an impulse that I pray turns out.

@cacay1 They weren't thought out. It was why not? It's led to some awesome life changes and I've found out that I can do more than I thought but none of that was ever thought out. I did it all on a wing and a prayer.

There are times I have been impulsive and there are times I have been calm. When it comes to relationships , there are certain things which can trigger the impulsive nature. For me , most of the times I have been calm. When it comes to shopping, you are usually non-impulsive when it comes to big purchases. Lot of maths run through your mind and then finally you make the decision. I did do an impulsive purchase when it came to iphone . It was expensive and well I wanted to have a feel of it as other luxury items such an apartment or a car could be little more expensive. Apart from that , I do not recollect times I have been impulsive atleast after growing up . Good to know your thoughts. Take care!

@RevivedWarrior, that's true, math functions during buying time to avoid bulk buying. Our feelings are also satisfied once we allow our mood to do it. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this.

I am somewhat, but I am also big into planning. For instance, I joined Farmasi on impulse. I saw before and after pictures of someone using their skin care line. That sold me. I didn't intend to sell the product, but people started asking me what did I do?? You look years younger now!! So, I started selling. Now, I think of where I can put my merchandise that I think there would be buyers for the products. I then take action. This has worked very well for me.

Yes most of the time specially on buying something, hahahaha! But I am trying to correct that.
I don't think I can agree with you on that may people are broke because there are impulsive in buying a lot of things, most of that people who can save the most are those with discipline no matter how little their income is. I witness a lot of people like this, lol!

@luisadnnointed, before the pandemic, I was an impulsive buyer but starting the new normal up to this time, I control my extravagance. I prefer to live in frugality he he. I prefer to save for future use.

My tight budget keeps me from being impulsive, I get to order my groceries on Saturday and made three different lists to make sure I get what I need and want and can afford it,
