OK, I'll bite why would I want to put aluminum foil on my face?

That sounds really bizarre. I don't put alot of stock into things that I read online, as they are posted by strangers for the most part.

I do get some in my email. I never try them. Mostly, I try to unsubscribe.

That sounds crazy! And funny too. I suppose it could cool you down, but only for a minute and a slight cool. Worth it? Probably not with the price of aluminum foil!

I've seen them in news "snips" on my computer home page. So odd. Most of them say something like "Reduce cholesterol by using this one trick!" or "Use this household item to make wrinkles (or age spots, or moles, or whatever) disappear!" I've seen them so often that now I pretty much don't see them.

It seems that foil on your face would be hot and uncomfortable. My best friend and I used to play a game called Upwords. You use letter tiles to create words and new words on a board. Once, we each had the same letters at the end of the game and we intended to put our word in a certain spot. It was her turn so she won the game. I grabbed a box of aluminum foil and started wrapping it around my head so she could not read my thought waves. She grabbed the box and started putting foil around her head. Just then, her adult son walked in and said, "Where do you pick them, ma? We started laughing so hard that we seemed like maniacs.

I get tips about herbs and gardening. This is a new one on me, and I am not buying it.

I wouldn’t think putting aluminum on our bodies would be good for us. It’s not good in deodorant or cooking with so I wouldn’t try it.

I've heard of putting fruits, oils, mayo and that type of thing on your face. But foil ? You'd think something like Saran Wrap would stick better .

No I won't, aluminum is not good for our skin or to even cook with.

Slices of cool cucumber on my eyelids will do the trick.
