So, I get these weirdo tips that show up in my email. I think it is Perfect way that sends them, but I probably get them from other sources too. Alot of them are pretty far fetched. This putting aluminum strips on your face seems like one of them. Supposedly, it helps to combat fatigue, kind of like a cold shower. It cools your body down and makes it feel refreshed. Maybe some hot summer day, I'll try it. Do you ever get these "tips?" Do you ever try them?

They showed a pic of a lady with 4 or 5 pieces of aluminum foil strips stuck to her face.

By strangers with a strange sense of humor, for the most part.

I've seen them in news "snips" on my computer home page. So odd. Most of them say something like "Reduce cholesterol by using this one trick!" or "Use this household item to make wrinkles (or age spots, or moles, or whatever) disappear!" I've seen them so often that now I pretty much don't see them.

It seems that foil on your face would be hot and uncomfortable.
My best friend and I used to play a game called Upwords. You use letter tiles to create words and new words on a board. Once, we each had the same letters at the end of the game and we intended to put our word in a certain spot. It was her turn so she won the game.
I grabbed a box of aluminum foil and started wrapping it around my head so she could not read my thought waves. She grabbed the box and started putting foil around her head.
Just then, her adult son walked in and said, "Where do you pick them, ma? We started laughing so hard that we seemed like maniacs.

@snowy22315 It stinks. I highly recommend you put all those weird emails in your spam box so you don't have to see them.

No I won't, aluminum is not good for our skin or to even cook with.
