Valentine’s Dessert

My son found a new dessert recipe for us. We will be making it for Valentine’s Day. It is called “Red Velvet Pots de Crème”.
We like finding recipes of things that sound good and are new to us. Have any of you ever had this before ?
Now we need to figure out the rest of our menu. We are leaning on making stuffed poblano peppers with ground turkey. Usually we use beef.
My husband has the day off and we plan to stay home and have some family time. Do you have any plans ?

@Tampa_girl7 I might like it, but usually am not a big fan of red velvet things..the cookies especially taste like playdoh to me for some reason.I would try that though for something different.

Something different..The weather is likely to be bad here so no. I was thinking of going to a vegetarian dinner on Saturday which would be a nice cozy gathering..but the weather doesn't look very good, assuming I am able to get out of my driveway by then. Plus my car has the check engine light on which I think is a self createdr problem, but anyway..I should probably minimize any extra driving until I get it checked out.
