Sister Trip Reserved

The sister trip is official, and I’m actually looking forward to it. You might remember my sister wanted to take me on a sister trip, and (for some reason despite her own 4 trips) was intent on it being Disneyland. The problem was she wanted to leave on a Monday and come back on a Wednesday. That’s not doable for me (bad back, fibromyalgia). She apparently started to really think about what she was talking about because she came back (very kindly) with a few changes. She has reserved me a scooter to use wherever we go (I’ll use it, but feel stupid doing it), she has extended our stay from Monday to Thursday, giving us an extra day. That was huge since I flat out told her I couldn’t do such a rushed trip. And, she found things to do other than just roaming the parks, although we’ll do both. She also told me even with her kids, she never stays past early afternoon. In addition, she sprung for, what do you call it, a fast pass? Where you don’t have to wait as long in line? Plus, she sent me videos of all the really tame rides, and there are a lot. I’m doing the Ferris Wheel quite a few times as I love that. Those concessions, along with some extra info from a few Disneyland fans (you know who you are) made me think I could do it. It’s not going to be until the fall when it’s cooler and cheaper, but most importantly I’ll be with my sister. The picture is of the macaroni and cheese they offer at the Princess Breakfast. Looks good, doesn’t it? I also appreciate those who advised against it. But with all the things she did to make it easier, I felt like it was doable. Even my dad, not in favor, was like, hey, even he could probably do that (although he won’t, lol) I’m actually getting excited. The big thing was the extra day. It’s going to be fun.
