We have a cow pasture across from our home. I love that my kitchen faces the pasture. When I am washing dishes I have such a nice view of the cows. I went outside to try and photo them, but they were too far across the pasture to get a good picture of them. If you look closely you can see them in the distance. What type of view do you have ?

Trees, trees and more trees. I usually like it. This time of the year it isn't too good though. It would be nicer if all the branches were bare, but there are leaves that turn brown and at least a quarter seem to hang on. There used to be cows across the lake, but I think they may have been sold. They are trying their darndest to fill up all that area with houses. I don't mind that much though because usually the more population the more services.

Oddly it is very rare that we smell them. It’s a bigger paxture then can be seen and perhaps the wind blows the other way.

That is a beautiful view to have, especially while doing dishes! =)
I have a field outside of my back window, and I love it. I live in the country as well. Down the road from me there's horses and donkeys!

If I look out back I might see George horse or different cats. Looking out front I see a farm field that deer sometimes go through

That's a lovely view, I guess it's even better in spring or summer!
I live in an apartment building so it's either the avenue that comes with a school and a park, or roofs. I can see some hills or mountains but they're very far away.

The view definitely changes throughout the seasons and normally there are more cows. I guess they were sleeping somewhere.

I know you will miss that view in your new house when you leave.
My view? Some foothills mountains out the back window here, but..don't get the started about this place.
I love the sky in your photo Marie.

My back yard looks very similar to the cow pasture in your photo. I also like looking at all the green grass and trees when I'm washing dishes.
(I do wish the grass didn't grow so fast, though.

First of all; thanks for sharing the wonderful pic. My house has a large, pasture for cows; too. It's a Railway property. You can see tens of cows grazing there.
