I am done with some of my errands today. I am off to a good start this morning. I had some bills I needed to pay off for this month and those are out of the way now. I feel so relieved. I will save up for my next month's bills. I am also saving up to see my therapist again. I still have a lot to do today before I head off to work for my shift.
I have to do some more cleaning. I have to buy groceries online. I have to call my local grocery store to inquire about some imported foods that are currently out of stock. There's still so much to do today. I'm trying not to get overwhelmed. Also, the distraction is helping me to not focus on my chronic pain. I wanted to be productive today when I woke up this morning and it's going great so far.

Break those tasks down into smaller, easier to manage tasks, you'll find how easy it makes your life.

Thank you. I am trying to be. I'm not always this productive. I made a goal to be as productive as possible today before I leave for work. Does the checklist always work for you? I've never made one before.

Thank you! I plan to eat something delicious on my work break and walk up to the bridge during my 10 minute breaks. I noticed some of my coworkers doing that yesterday and I want to do that too.
