We are all taught that we should reduce the amount we buy, reuse items wherever possible and recycle things when they can no longer be put to use. Do you do your best to do this?
I di try, but I am aware that I sometimes get lured by shiny things and but items I don't need or that have not been made eithically, I feel terrible when I realise what I have done and I try to be especially good for a while, but I also see people dropping litter, buying clotes made in sweatshops or eating battery hens without even asking why they do this.
Do you try to do your best to be a good citizen of our planet?

I did try doing this. I'm still coping with the reduce thing. There are just some time wjen you are lure to buying things you don't really need.
At home we reuse bottles, containers, papers. If there's no use for it anymore, there's a junk shop near our home and at least it can be turn into money.

Reducing is the hardest one, I'm getting quite good at telling myself that I'll walk away from a 'bargain' and come back later if I still wnat it. Most of the time I realise I don't actually want or need it, or if its gone then I wasnt 'meant' to have it.

A social responsibility of all of us. We should try to keep our surroundings clean and free from garbage. Treat it as your home not a garbage can.
We keep our house clean and our earth is our house so try and keep it clean.

Sadly that seems to be true, I see people thoring litter all the time and it really upsets me, they have no respect for the world they live in.

I am a strong believer in recycling, I do it for several reasons. The 1st is for the environment and the second is for charity. There are a lot of charities that use recycling as a way to help finance their cause. We have a Cans for Kids charity and the Girls scouts collect pop tabs for the ronald McDonald House. I also try to get a second use out of most things when possible.

I always try to act as a responsible citizen, and particular about using dustbins and try not to waste plastic and paper. there are so many wonderful ways in which you can use them again and again instead of dumping them into your surroundings and creating unending problems. even other vegetable market and clear that there will not buy anything that is wrapped up in polythene instead will pick up things which are displayed open on the shelf. every small bit counts and we should all try to do whatever he's we can do for our very planet earth

That sounds like a great start to me. Why don't you do it more often if I might ask?
