Instead of Bengay or something similar I used a lidocaine lotion. Seems OK so far. Knee feels better, upper arm..not really sure. I should get some more muscle rub though not really sure I have any or maybe just a small amount. What do you use for sore muscles or stiffness?

Oh, girl. I have something I actually reviewed for free, but it worked so well for me, I’ve gone back and ordered their roll on five more times. It has magnesium in it, and I guess that plays a big part of it. I don’t often recommend things because if it doesn’t work well for them, I feel guilty, but I recommend this. It’s $22, but it lasts awhile.
My stepmom loves the lidocaine lotion.

I think the lidocaine lotion is good. My knee feels 100 percent better. What is the product you were talking about? You can PM me if you want. I will recommend it to my mom.

I use a CBD balm that a friend got for me. It’s magical.

Lidocaine is really good. I have a compound cream made for me that has five different pain creams.

Wow, did you go to a compounding pharmacy? How did you get the idea to have it made?

@snowy22315 The pain clinic that did my ablations on my back and neck had it made. It was expensive (insurance didn't cover) ,but it works fairly well. It has lidocaine, voltaren, gabapentin, and two others.

@snowy22315 We have a couple of gel packs which can be frozen or heated in the microwave. They're very handy.

The hand specialist I saw a couple of years ago recommended a lidocaine cream, but said I could use the Voltaren or Capsaizin as well. I am going to look at Amber's roll on.

I use a salve that has cayenne pepper, calendula, spearmint that I get from a local Amish store. It works very well.

Yeah, I fell on my knees and I have been a little sore, but it gets better everyday. I'm not a chronic pain sufferer.

@snowy22315 I am thankful that your pain is not permanent. My doctor said to be mindful about how you walk to help avoid falls. I have been in the hospital and rehab after falling.

Actually, I think it was pretty good. I don't seem to be feeling very sore now.
