Yesterday, while at the DG I bought a bottle of Bai low calorie coconut water. It's good. It is a bit expensive at 1.95 per bottle, but tastes pretty good. It is also low calorie sweetened with monk fruit. I like coconut water in general, but stay away from the higher calorie ones. Do you like this refreshing beverage?

It's very hydrating. FYI, elderberry is supposed to boost your immune system. I have it in gummy form.

@Juliaacv As long as they don't conflict with your meds. I would have hubby grab you a bottle. What do you have to lose? You are ill very often it seems

@snowy22315 I should look into it, my immune system is low due to my thyroid condition.

I'm not a big coconut fan. I'm glad you enjoy it.

That is a refreshing drink specially in summer. We have coconut trees but none to pluck tender coconuts when I want to have one.

I haven't tried this, but being sweetened with monk fruit...sounds like a great sweetener. Think it is something I would like to try. Though 1.95 sounds expensive...it seems like all single drinks have gone up over the last few years.

Yeah, they have. I rarely buy them. I made an exception for this because it's good

Yep, but not the ones from supermarkets or groceries—we buy them fresh. You can even drink it straight from the shell with a straw if you want! It’s super refreshing, especially on hot days, and packed with nutrients too. Love the meat too!
