I normally make fruit juice from the various fruits that we have in our garden.
At the moment there is a bumper crop of the bell fruit I am planning to make bell frfuit juice
The fruits are put in the blender and the juice extracted. A sugar syrup to which ginger is added is prepared and the sugar syrup is added to the fruit juice
We normally keep it in the fridge. We add the required amount of water to the concentrate while having it.

We have a bell fruit too, the pink one. But never tried to juice them. Just eat them as is.

I don’t have any fruit trees in my garden so I have to make do with buying ready made juice from Tesco. I particularly like ‘tropical fruit’ which has a nice zing to it. It’s probably taking the enamel off my teeth, but it’s refreshing and tastes nice.
