Sweet corn and chicken soup

I have always enjoyed Chinese food. In the city there were Chinese restaurants and we colleagues would get there and have lunch occasionally.
Of the foods my favourite was sweet corn and chicken soup. I learnt how to make it and would make it often
I do not eat non-veg food these days except eggs and that means I have not had this soup for years. No. I do not crave for it.

I almost made a mention of the crab as well. That tastes delicious too.

That’s one of my favorite soups! It’s tasty, filling, and so comforting. I like adding crab sticks or quail eggs, but even without them, it’s already delicious!
