I'm glad you all enjoyed the blueberry muffins.
I dry fruits and veggies quite often. I bought a food dehydrator for that purpose about 20 years ago and it's still working well. During the pandemic the government gave us a lot of fruits and veggies... Too many really, so I started drying what we couldn't eat before they rotted. I still have bags full of dried veggies of different kinds. I've been using them in soups and stews as well as adding them to scrambled eggs for myself. (Pretty says the onions I dried taste "dusty" to her so she won't eat them. They taste fine to me. *shrug*)

@rakski If you have some extra money, check Amazon. I either bought mine from them or bought it at Walmart. I can't remember anymore.
Dried foods last forever as long as they don't get damp. And you can soak them in water and the dried foods will plump back up just like it was when it was fresh.

I have a lot of frozen wild blueberries, little bitty and very sweet and good. We make blueberry muffins often. We also love cinnamon streusel muffins. My kids love them all.

Kind of like a coffee cake, lots of cinnamon, which I love.
