if my gf lies to me for an unselfish reason .. i wudnt tolerate it .. simply becoz i wudnt tolerate it if ANYONE in the world does that to me .. so i guess .. i wudnt want a non-trustworthy partner

why would you want to be with someone you cant trust? trust i believe is a very important factor in a relationship. what if the person you're in a relationship just keeps on deceiving you? i dont think that is something good at all.

I believe it depends on weather you are truly in love and willing to work out the problem to find out why they are lying to you.If your not able to work it out then no i wouldn't stay with them.

people who constantly lie can not be trusted, i would forgive lies if my gf thought she is protecting our relationship or don't want to hurt me, etc but if someone lies all of the time I would never want to be with them, compulsive lairs never change and they are usually dishonest with all their activities.
