hi my mother in law is going through this problem the tenants have moved out but are taking her to court for $22.000 the law sucks on bad tenants they should be shot . i am now having the same problem with my tenants and i cant do anything about it i will end up losing my home thay owe me rent and have smashed up the house and still living there rent free the law needs to change to help decent landlords dave truscott

Screen your tenants before they move in, Make them sign a lease. next time make them pay Sec. Dep. double, if they want to move in.
