Any Landlords Want to Discuss Tenant Problems and How to Solve them?

Help! I am a new landlord and I have gotten ALL bad tenants.....Its so expensive to evict them....A lawyer wants $500 to start....how am I supposed to pay that when I am struggling enough to pay my bills since my tenant isnt!

This is not very specific as to what your problems are? When you can evict will depend on your lease. Next time, when you get ready to rent, I would suggest an application checking income, rental history, credit and criminal background. If you put more specific information out here, I would be happy to help more, but not sure what you are asking.

hi my mother in law is going through this problem the tenants have moved out but are taking her to court for $22.000 the law sucks on bad tenants they should be shot .
i am now having the same problem with my tenants and i cant do anything about it i will end up losing my home thay owe me rent and have smashed up the house and still living there rent free the law needs to change to help decent landlords

Screen your tenants before they move in, Make them sign a lease. next time make them pay Sec. Dep. double, if they want to move in.
