Any Landlords Want to Discuss Tenant Problems and How to Solve them?

Help! I am a new landlord and I have gotten ALL bad tenants.....Its so expensive to evict them....A lawyer wants $500 to start....how am I supposed to pay that when I am struggling enough to pay my bills since my tenant isnt!

davetruscott hi my mother in law is going through this problem the tenants have moved out but are taking her to court for $22.000 the law sucks on bad tenants they should be shot . i am now having the same problem with my tenants and i cant do anything about it i will end...
