Oh no! I'm getting paranoid now! I've posted a few things in the last hour! the only thing is they are stuff I'm interested in, but I guess others aren't? I try not to post anything that is yes or no. Some is just informative stuff. I'll try to refrain.

You are not the only one annoyed by this. It is very hard to get to real discussions when one has to weed through the unless discussions. If you don't know already...off to the side of the discussion questions is where you rate a person with a positive or negative. But there is also a ! Press this exclamation point and you can report the discussion as being against guidelines. It is something the myLot asks users to do because they can not view all the discussion questions. myLot will in investigate the discussion and delete it along with sending the person a warning. Per myLot guidelines......Help us out and report trolls, flame wars, and troublemakers by sending a private message to myLot. Help out when you can. The myLot staff tries to monitor the site constantly, but we also need your eyes and ears to catch problems when they arise and report abusive behavior.

Yes I'm fed up of people who constantly post discussion after discussion! Like you say they have five or six topics up all at once and the majority of the time it's questions such as "Pepsi or Coke?" They can only really be answered with one word answers too and I hate one word answer replies - there not needed. Another thing is when you say not to post if you haven't seen the movie your talking about or if you don't have a pet or something and they post anyway to say I haven't seen it or I don't have one.

That's why I never want to make new discusion if I knew there will be one word answer. Umh.. I think many people think they will ernn more money if they post new topic. Umh.. I think that don;t efect too much. Since if some one hate their useles topic and rate (-) or report them, I think it worst. ^^ ^^ Let's try to let them know that make useles topic is worthless. Hope they will change ^^

Thank goodness there is someone out there who thinks like me!! The topics are ridiculous..they're not even real topics and all it needs is just a 'yes' or 'no' answer. I'm glad you brought this up and I'm sure there are other people out there who are just as irritated like you.

Thank you so very much for starting this discussion. I hope that a lot of people read it and see themselves there. I realize that this posting is 2 months old; but I am just seeing it for the first time today, 2/9/07. This is exactly what made me turn the "off" button on my friends yesterday. There is nothing that aggravates me more than what is your favorite color m & m? Who cares? What I would like to know even more than that is do people actually respond to those questions? I know that I don't, I get pi$$ed and delete the question as soon as I see it ~Donna

yes at times it can be annoying, but i pass them by and read and disuss the ones that are good and interesting. they are just like the rest, some want to make loads of money and others like the good and fun topics.

Yes I totally am and of the biggest example of annoying is some `sungat` here in myLot. People having lame discussions annoy many fellow myLotions here but we can not do anything except to watch their discussions here in myLot. I had tried to bogus these kinds of topics a while back, but myLot faqulity refused to delete it as it won't contain immature words. We can not do anything consequently except to watch them.

Well I've noticed a lot of that these past few days. They simply can't think of anything good to post. Well they want to do that and I hope we gwt paid here based on the quality and not of the quantity of post.

I do want to explain that I post most of my topics at night or a few ocassionaly early mornings because I work 60 plus hours a week. I do not hardly post in the daytime at all. I like to get my posts in when I can or I forget some of the main ones I want to add. I do post several together at times because it may be ten or twelve hours before I have time to post again. I am trying to use search and make sure I am not copying and also to post things that I really want to respond to and that I reaaly would like feedback on.

Its just people who want to make a quick buck, But i agree that these substandard discussions are annoying, especially when you have to wade through tons of them just to find the meaningful ones

I guess evrybody cant be innovative and verbally good as you....so plz forgive them.....

One problem is that this is all user-rated. Unless they (mylot) put someone up there who's looking out for quality, they'll end up with people who just game the system (of which I'm one of them).

*Raises hand high* I am still trying to figure this place out and it annoys the bee jesus right out of me, but then a good many things irritate me...LOL :)

yes, started a discussion on this the other day. There is one guy who look slike he just copies questions out of a textbook on here.

I admit some of these topics are dumb. The surveys I don't like at all, if someone has an issue or wants to bring something out of interest, that is fine but the surveys need to go!

Yes very annoying, potatos, spinach, blah..blah..blah.. I thought it was just me. I was ready to sign off for the evening.

I noticed that last night from a couple users. Yes that is really annoying. They were mostly just pointless topics.

i dont think so,, because every person have diffirent,, piont of view and, and opinions,, so, dont mind them. just post your,, topics

I've just recently joined not up to a week, but 'ive noticed all that. As you said you cannot be the only one irrited by that. its like they've not got the whole thing yet. they just keep on writing whater comes...
