Spinach..veg or non veg??

Since plants have life shouldnt we consider spinach as non veg..I am highly confused with this..

yes plants do have life, but that is implicit and they cannot move, think or judge like animals or humans. it's in a healthy ecology that we eat small plants and spinach and maintain the ecological balance.
so spinach is a living veg...

they hav blood..like its a white fluid running through the roots of plant
