blueberry No ways..CRT monitors are outdated and rarely people use it...of course the display in CRT monitor is better than a LCD monitor so u can go for a TFT monitor...U can have the best display here..

blueberry The meal should always be moderate and should be taken in time...never change the timings of intake everyday...Also atleast 2-3 hours gap should be there after dinner and then go to sleep...I recommend to hav food 5 times a day and the quantity should be...
