hemtata Yes,I agree, tired body ( due to work ) needs more rest . But age too is a factor to reduce the sleep. As a person grow old even 4 hrs sound sleep is sufficient to keep him fresh through out the day.

hemtata I used to sleep 8 hrs every day may be 5 to 6 years back but now only 5 hrs. I think with growing age the sleeping hours keeps on reducing.

hemtata It's very strange relationship. I think your mom desparately needs a companion but it cannot be your father in law who himself is financially in a mess and heavy drinker. Hope your mom or father in law realise their mistake early.
