Go see a doctor! This is not something to play around with. I ended up seeing a doctor about 10 years ago now and thank heavens I did! I have been put on anti-depressants, but my life is wonderful and I thank the Lord for allowing me to have the life I do. Your doctor can help.

join a support group with some friends, family,or church members.Keep yourself busy with your child,go out and do some outdoor activities with your child or friends.Do not stay in the house or seclude yourself from the public.

I always think of my kids and then what it would do to them if I wasn't here.

For me, it is an issue of relationships and pride. I never want my kids thinking of me in a negative way just because I wanted to jump off the face of the earth. I don't want my wife to constantly blame herself for something that I chose to do. For myself, I don't want to give my enemies another opportunity to say "See, he was crazy. Pathetic little punk. He got what he deserved." No. I'd rather live my life as a walking insult to those who would rather seem me fail. That's what keeps me from driving off a bridge.
