I too believe Linux is more user friendlier now. I am using suse Linux and rarely i had to use command line. I have many times felt that if i was still using windows i would have missed many cool feature thats available in KDE desktop and did you notice that many features thats coming up in Vista is already available in KDE and Gnome?

Having worked on any of them will do buddy.. m not asking for any particular version... only the techie users must have worked on these many different versions of Linux... a general user must have worked on Red Hat or may be fedora Linux!
Anywaz... thnx 4 ur response! :) +

Linux is definitely user friendly but the thing is that it is not as friendly as Windows. So someone when switches from Windows to Linux,he found it to be a bit difficult.

Hi techieanuj. I have never used Linux on my own computer. But I have been told that with Linux your computer is safer than when you use windows and also it has more free add-ons. So I was considering to switch to that and I asked a friend of mine who has it on her computer to show me. Well if you want my honest opinion I didn't find it user friendly at all and I prefer Windows.
I would love to use Linux because of all the advantages it has over windows but I think it is a little complicated to me.
