At the end of the month, which bill is the one that you're most worried about?? is it the phone bill, internet, electricity, water, credit card statements or some other bill?? do you feel that you're being charged more than you what you had to be in some cases???well i'm always worried about my electricity bills here in mumbai, india because even with very restricted usage the minimum amount that we've to pay is atleast 30$/month...and it keeps fluctuating even when the usage is the same...

We budget our money every month to where we do not have to worry about what needs to be paid. Most of our bills are the same every month. The bill that we get the most worried about is our electric bill because we never know what it is going to be and living in south texas sometimes in the summer it can be very outrageous.

Budgeting is really a good thing...and that really handles a lot of hassles of the expenses and savings per month...but exactly as you said, i think, electric bills are the one that we do not have any control at all...i really dont know how they calculate the bill..i heard the scale changes every month with respect to something...electric power is an issue here in mumbai thou, they're running short in power production.

I know the feeling, we live in Southeast texas and it can get outrageous. We got one over $300, there is no way. But my electric is what I worry most about. All my other ones are carefully budgeted. And when we lived in Florida, our power never broke $100, now here we are lucky if it is anywhere near that.

The propane bill here in the winter worries us the most. It is about $400 every six weeks or so. It is our only source of heat and hot water. It is a heavy burden in the winter months, especially when it is really cold out, like it is now.

Propane is a type of refined gas, used for heating, cooking, and other sources, usually in homes, mobile homes or grills.

Mine are the credit cards. I seem to never have much left to pay more than the minimum. So basically I'll be in debt for the rest of my life. I hate cc bills.

Our bills are the same every month (rent, cable, electricity, credit card bill, computer loan, student loan) and we budget an amount for each thing so they are taken care of. The only time I get worried or stressed is when something comes up that we didn't budget for.

Have you talked to your electric company about this. Our electric company has a program where the allow you to budget your bill... basically it is one amount every month no matter what your usage is. And four times a year they look at how much you used and how much you were charged and ajust it accordingly. It is very nice... expecially during the summer so you dont have to pay out the nose for running the air conditioner.

Credit card, definately. We are generally within $500 of our limit by the end of the month, if not closer.

ok...but i'm not a credit card user for the same reason..i use debit card as it gets debited the same time we purchase stuff, and there are no hassles in it..no need to worry about excessive usage too since it gets debited only if there'
s money left in the account

im always trying tospend as less as possible in everything. my worries are going to credit card, which im trying to solve every month, paying it and not spending on it, its decreasing slowly but im getting my targets and hopefuly, it will be over one day.

surely you'll meet your targets..i suggest you to use debit card as it is much more transparent and all your purchases debits money from your account instantly..so that you know what your balance is..rather than getting a mind blowing bill at the end of the month

My house payment worries me the most. I budget carefully, but once in awhile my husband gets laid off. When we are able to refinance in a couple years, then it won't be such a struggle.

I am not worried about the bills unless i amsure that my salary is credited to account.I can only pay my bills after my salary which is not done on fixed pay day but still i can manage my bills well

I worry most about paying our rent. It just worries me that we might not have enough left at the end of the month when our landlady cashes the check. Something always goes wrong and our finances end up all out of whack. Our rent is most important because we need a place to live.
Last year it was our gas bill. When it started getting cold we started turning our heat up. Big mistake. We got our first cold weather bill and it was $180 (up from $25 in the summer months). The next month it was almost $400! We are now on the budget plan so I know how much it will be and we keep our heat very low. It is always cold in the house but we aren't freezing. You just get used to bundling up and having numb fingers and noses.

At the end of the month, power bills worries are the one that I am worried about. I pay around $20-30 per month. all my other bills like water bill, gas bill, maintenance bill, cell phone, phone bill(land line) are cheaper than power bill.

The electric bill worries me the most. Since I don't have any credit cards yet, this bill is the most expensive. It is like 20 times more expensive than our water bill. Pain in the pocket but its a necessity.
