What is the best way to administer a suppository?

There are two kinds of suppositories. If you are referring to the rectal suppository, just do what Charlie does but you don't have to leave a finger in. Just pinch the cheeks of your butt together for a few seconds to make sure it doesn't fall off. By the way, how long have you been using one? Lol.

Well it is depends of if you're giving it to yourself or to someone else...the best way and most comfortable way to do it is to have the help of another person maybe two.. if you need a suppository then you need maybe another people to abminister the suppository.. wht you need to do is lay on your left side and curl your legs up in a ball and let the person abminister it....

the best way I've found to administer suppositories when I need them is to lay down on my left side, insert the suppository as far into my rectum as I can making sure it doesn't slip out. after I insert it, just to be sure that it won't slip out I leave my finger in my rectum for about a minute, then remove it, and lay in position for another minute, then pull my underwear and pants back on and go about my business.
