have u ever encountered the paranormal? share ur experiences

i dont know if i can consider it paranormal... but many time i wake up and i just CANT move! i open my eye, i try hard to get up but i cant move a plume. i dont know, its like someone is holding me or like i had 1ton. and about my voice it happens similarly to your case.... i try to scream to speak to yell but i just cant... i wonder if something happens to me while in that "mode", what would i do.

Wow... I would not like to pass for this I think that you must be paranormal and to have one dom to see and to feel espiritos. tries to consult a specialist.

There was this once where there was something in my home, it pulled the covers off of me whiles I was laying in bed, I never saw or heard anything, I was wide awake also, I was so scared I just pulled them back over my entire body head and all and went to sleep scared.

welli hvnt come across any stuff but have heared many , i dnt know whether its true or not . but i dont believe in it . i have faith in GOD and nothing is there in this workd than GOD , SO HAVE FAITH , ALLL THE BEST

I've heard that what happened to you is a normal thing that could happen to everyone. There is a scientific explanation about this...because I've seen a study about that! When we sleep our body is somewhat immobilized by the brain, and if your sleep is a bit light, you can have that sensation, to not breath properly and can't move. Our brain dreams so it could let you image an hand or something that press on your chest! This is the scientific explanation of thing that happened to you. Instead I want to tell you my paranormal experience. I never found a scientific explanation of that. When I was a child, about 9 years I think, I was on matrimonial bed, it was afternoon. I was in the center of that bed..and there were two armchair near the bed. I was awake, not sleeping, and turning around, playing alone...as childs do. Suddenly I heard a noise..."trrrrr"...and I looked at the left armchair moving! O_O Only the left armchair was moving ...without any cause or anyone near! After that...I was terrified about that...and I stayed there for 5 minutes...trying to be far from that armchair! Very scared from that happening...I tried to run away from the bed and go to my mom. I told her about that but she reassured me..she told maybe the wind moved that armchair. BUT....there was no wind there, no earthquake (I looked at lamps and chandelier and it was not moving). Only left armchair moved. What do you think? Now I am 28 and I still can't find a correct explanation. What is happened that day? Maybe a spirit or a ghost in that house moved that chair? And why??? Or maybe I had some type of paranormal powers and I used them without know them??? I've tried to move that chair...it was a normal one...no chance it could move again in that way itself! I still have that chair..now I live in another house and I never had another phenomena like that! If you want I could upload the pic of that armchair...because I still have them in my mom's bed room

so u guyz want a true one ! once i was waching t.v and my parents along with my 2 bros were out and me all alone. front of me was a balcony window in which i could see the reflection of a room in my house which had a mirror. in that reflection i saw a lady with big wide eyes and long hair but no body as if comming out from the mirror that scared the crap out of me but she only lasted for a minute starring at me. the best part is that i'm writing this resonse sitting in that same room and starring at that mirror.. paranormal isn't it....

Hi executioner, This kinda thing happens to many people. Some even can see their soul is out of their body and looking at them. Hhhmmm... i personally been having this kinda experiences since very young. The funny thing when I told my doctor , they did ECG test on my heart. They do not find anything wrong . I wonder if this only happens to Asian? When you are in that condition, the breathing becomes very difficult and most of the time you are really gasping for air. You are half awake coz you somehow know who are the people around you but at the same time , hhhmmmm.... very scary sometimes you have to have arm wrestle with this unknown creature that is called -- GHOST!!!!!!!!!! The most difficult thing is to get up and wake up from your sleep. You just cannot move. So I have developed the method of how to get up to gain my control. I slide my lower jaw away from the upper one and let my teeth rattle. This will cause vibration on my body. The vigourous vibration will help you to get up and gain control of yourself. Ok, once you managed to control yourself you ought to completel;y got up and move about if you were to remain on lying position , it will repeat again and again. If you can force your screaching voice out in order to alert any one that near you, this is better. That person has to tap you hard and lift you up in order for you to gain control of yourself. I still remember that While I was sleeping with my sister, both of us had the attack at the same time. Somehow we managed to pull up one another then we put on thick clothings and did some exercises to warm up our body. Aahhh.... this is terrible. Anyway SMILE:D

For me yes.While sleeping.I'm not sure if it was a dream or reality.I cant move my body,can't open my eyes.I have to hold my breath so that i can move again.

Well what i have experienced is one of my friends claims that they have their pet ghosts and that these ghosts are available whenever they call them,and that once these ghosts are called some work must be assigned continuous to them otherwise they go violent.

Well to say an encounter with paranormal, No but my friends have had an experience with the paranormal (spirits/ghosts). They were trying out the number game which is used to summon ancestral spirits but the spirit which responded to their number game was a little scary one. From that day forward they never talk about that dreadfull experience. It seems that the spirit has threatened to haunt them forever if they disturb it.

I've had two experiences that fit this catagory. One night I was sleeping when I woke because it was too warm in my bedroom; this was not unusual. I generally got up and turned on a fan pushing air out the living room window which would pull air through the bedroom. When I went to get up I saw someone standing next to my bed. I knew no one could enter my apartment without waking me - the door was metal and the walls were real plaster plus I had a deadbolt beside the regular lock and a chain lock as well. Breaking in would make enough noise to wake most of the people on my floor and I'm a light sleeper so I'd definitely have awakened. I stared at the figure for a bit and finally decided to get up. As I swung my legs off the bed, my foot went through the figure and it disappeared. My only thought was "cool". My second experience was when I was staying at my cousin's house. I had heard noises at times and when I mentioned them to my cousin she said that the house was haunted, it had been built on the site of an old ranch and was evidentally directly over where the bunkhouse once was. A few days after this I was listening to some Irish music (strong beat) and my cousin's dog was in the room with me. During one song I heard someone marking the beat by knocking on the wall. I knew no one else was home. I looked at the wall, looked at the dog who looked at the wall and then looked at me. We both sort of shrugged (as much as a dog can shrug) and the knocking contined until the end of that song. I did not hear it again after that. I guess the spirit liked the idea of drinking after hours at a pub "under the stairs".

ohh, I never have this experience, and I think it is not a good experience.

I used feel that someone is watchin me always.But it didnt take much time for me to realize that it all due to my mental weekness.There is no such thing called paranormal.

i had a story about ghost when iw as a kid,i saw a woman in black walking...

it also happened to me..it's like a nightmare or illusion of some sort. i believe in spirits and ghosts because many do encounter them. and that's what i'm scared of.

I had about the same experience as you too. I was sleeping on a bed in an old motel in orlando when I felt I was immobilised. I knew I was awake because I could hear the tap water running as my husband was in the washroom but I just couldn't move any part of my body. Suddenly the mattress started to bounce, as if somebody was jumping on it. I prayed hard for about 2 minutes before I was 'freed'.

that is realy scary

when my dad past away around 5:45 pm that day, the next day my cell phone went off at that time..and when my mom past away, i wore the ring she had on, and that hand that i had the ring on, it started to stroke my hair like my mom would always do when i was asleep, sometimes i even see my dad's ghost around the house
