whenever i do something bad which later i feel ashamed of i confess and take refuge with my sustainer and beg for forgiveness....surely i beleive he will forgive me for many small sins like lying which are really very common...

i beleive in team-spirit as it helped me accomplish many sports quiet easily like i once remember that our score use to be 6-0(6 wins and 0 loses )but when i quit that sport the score went to 8-9 in just some months as without me...

blazingcurrent333 a required amount for normal people is abt 4 litres and 1 ltr is insufficient but for bodybuilders i drink abt 6-7 litres or 14 to 18 glases a day. remember our body comprises of 70% water and water itself is alive so who knows what miracles it hold.
