Hi diansinta, I have both liquid soap and bar soap in my bathroom. Normally I don’t stick to any particular brand. I choose those which don’t give strong smell. Strong and pungent fragrance could make me sneezing on and on and then followed by running nose which makes me feeling uneasy. I always choose the one with mild aroma. I like bar soap with ivory or white in color. It’s more convenient to apply liquid soap to all parts of the body when bathing in the shower whereas it’s much handy to use bar soap when washing hands or feet only. I use dettol soap for washing hands after gardening or tidying the rubbish.

Hi diansinta, you are local inhabitant of Bali right? When I visited the beautiful natural Bali Island I saw many people there using a kind of flowers which we people here calling them "chicken egg flowers" as deodorant. They put the aromatic flowers in front of the washing bowl, in the bathroom and toilet as well to get rid of the smell or to make the place pleasant and full of the aromatic flowery odor.
The tourist guards there welcome us by putting a wreath made of the same kind of lovely flowers around our neck of each of us. I just curious and keen to know why the flower is so popular in your place.

Which flower do you mean is this i upload? this flower name is kamboja / frangipani, if we talking about the same thing. Indeed this smell lovely!

Hi there Ikbooi!
Happy to see you here at my discussion. Same at me, i always try to smell the bottle first before i by the soaps. Sometime it making me dizzy too to smelling-sniffing lots of product of liquid soaps. LOL
and mild for baby arome is the most i pick!

I have liquid soap by the sink. Easier for the kids to pump and use also they make less mess of that then a bar. That one is lilac/lavender blend. I also have a bar of soap in the shower that is ivory. I also use a body wash in the shower that is lilac. Most of the stuff right now is purple flowery stuff cause I got a whole pile for christmas. Considering it is almost July and I have three children I got a TON of it for Christmas. I will still have some when he next christmas is here. HEHE

My bath soap has aloe vera and Vitamin E in it so it makes my skin so soft and smooth. The hand soap is antibacterial to kill germs and stuff.

Hi friend, i am using Neko bouquet skin care soap. It contains mainly trichlorocarbanilide (tcc). It helps to reduce body odour. It has no sharp smell, but a pleasent smell. After shower we feel a freshness. Thank you

I only use liquid soap. It goes onto my little sponge and I use that to clean myself thoroughly. Dove is the brand that I use. I love it cause it always smells so good and I don't know if it's the numerous adverts but I think it does do wonders for the skin! I don't like the conventional soap cause I can't use my sponge with them! :D

my soap is home made African Black Earth Soap in a bar. It's one of the most awesome soaps I've ever used. My mom has her own business and she makes soaps, lotions, creams, etc., so I get to use them for free.

My hubby is a bit afraid of germs so we have store brand antibacterial soap. Nothing fancy or pretty.
My daughters though ... well that is a whole different story LOL

I am a bit allergic to the heat of the sun, so on summer days, I always use anti-bacterial soap or sulfur soap to prevent my skin from breaking out when the heat meets with my sweat. But on normal days, or if I take a quick shower on summer nights, I use perfumed soap. Right now I am using Jergens, but my favorite is Carress.

yey! I love liquid soap too. I use it with a scrub cloth and I love the feeling.

My mom also like Dove, I think its a great soap, but Dove can't stand water. It's gets easy melted sometimes. Anyway it's just an opinion. Thank you for dropping by sunrosesingh. I will visit your discussion in return.
