They are only here to abuse the system?

I know what you mean it is not fair on the rest of us that post interesting and meaningful discussions .This is why we need to keep Mylot informed .im glad you are bringing more awareness to this.Well done.

i guess mylot admins do not have the time to prune these spams its sad really, i sometimes loose motivation to post good replies they are really abusing the system.. what a shame

A lot of them start out with a bang and post any and everything but then the new wears off. The thing is, new people are joining all the time and they haven't yet learned. The site has grown by several thousand in the last 2 weeks! Don't reply to them and report them, maybe they will get the message.

Just as every system has some plaws and loop hole in it,the same applied to MyLot..Many are just copy pasting articles from some e-books or soemother online journals and even worse than that is they have official permission because many of them have crossed the 500 points and they are free to do so..I think mylot administrator should really look upon the new guidelines created and do some correction to it..Such people even steal other's responses and gets the full credit for that..without even doing nothing..

Hey is that your cat up there? cute.. anyway i think the reason is that i think there are not much waddya call that? um.. reports on the abuses that had been made and the administration might not be able to trace that because there are so many posts msade we really cant blame them for not implementing the rules that much. And some people just want profits and doesn't care about the community i suppose... :)

sometimes a boon turns into a bane this is the case with my lot too people here are joining more becoz they wanna earn money rather than to discuss something useful here money is playing spoil sport

There are a lot of stupid posts and even stupid comments as well. I am sure myLot is aware of all of this and is taking action as I know that they have been deleting discussions for sure. We need to make sure we are doing our part to help them since they are probably swamped with requests, suggestions and abuse reports. Make sure you give negative ratings to people who give really short or stupid answers and if you see people copying and pasting others comments, you should use the abuse button. If we do our part to help myLot than maybe we can improve the site. There over 50,000 members so it must be tough for them to keep track of all of them.

I don't understand why or how people can do this and i bet tha they get a nice piece of money in the process. I've been on here for a few weeks now (was on befor but lost the net) and all of my responses and posts have only made about 2.98 for almost a week. I don't understand why mylot only gave me that much when i know that i posted a lot of responses and have good valid responses. They where all nice and long. The only thing that i can think of is that some other user's have copyed and pasted what i wrote and i do agree with you that it is unfair to all mylot user's that have to deal with this.

After reading this message they will understand we are telling about them.I think they thinking mylot is only for money purpose.So they copying discussions,taking images of others.

I am new to this site so I don't know what people are calling stupid stuff. I have seen some things and probably typed some things that you would refer to as stupid. Please let me know.

Yes we're on the works with other members here to tell users not to post just anything like "what is you name" or stuff like that.

What is allowed to be posted and what isn't? Is it okay to ask for advice because I've seen a lot of posts asking for advise on their boyfriends or their lives? What is meant by pointless? I did see one guy on here who kept making a post about Saddam Hussein and he kept making the same post over and over only using different words. I mean, was that abuse? I'm kind of new here...so I'd appreciate more of an explanation. I haven't posted a discussion asking for advice or anything. Is it allowed?

The users will abuse the system, it's up to the owners of mylot to take control of it and they have deleted many posts, I'm sure they will delete them as they find them. Why worry yourself, it's not going to change over night, just ignore these people.

Hey buddy you do find them but dont you think that these 100's and 100's of stupid post they ever stay they are always deleted as they are reported as abuse and its against the guidelines

I agree with you. I don't understand who people could have discussions that you can only respond with one word. Like yes or no questions. Or stupid stuff like "what's your favorite color." When I see discussions like that I give a negative rating.

i see a topic of this type everyday, its no ur fault, there are some users who do this the problem is that they just want to try mylot that if it reall pays or not

I feel the same about it, it makes you very frustrated, you look at the profiles of some of the top earners and see what kind of crap discussions they post and it makes you think how come they have been so long on the site without being banned? also their pointless discussions are sometimes over 3 months old and still here gathering one or two words replies and I notice that their replies to other members discussions most times has nothing to do with the subject but they are still being tolerated and paid by mylot. I can't believe that they haven't been reported hundreds of times, I don't know when mylot admin going to catch up with them :(

yes even i have noticed that some people write totally worthless stuff and get away with it. they usually have very high ratings. is this way u get to top in mylot..? i am new and this confuses me too
