Try this out, it worked for me when I was in the Navy, so just combine it with your already proven habits and you might just find yourself another level. I don't know how close you are to any water or piers, but go near a peacefull area of water, look out at the ocean or river, etc. and turn on your music very low to where it is only background sound, or better yet just listen to the music of the land, and the sounds of nature. Other than that you can hit walls like I used to.

No I won't hit any walls, at least not yet...That idea of sitting by water is awesome, I would love to do that...But 2 things here.........1) I would probably scare the crap out of myself by the sounds I would be hearing(bugs, trees,FOOT STEPS)...LOL
2) I wouldn't bring any music with me, cause when your at a place like that, you can't do anything but listen to the sounds of nature..I wish it was that easy for me...

I have had a lot of stress in my life and if you don't channel yourself accordingly, you will eat yourself and those around you up. As far as sencere, you are correct, I don't recall having come accross your name on any of my postings, but you will find that I am a very direct person.

You could pleasure yourself or have someone else do it, you could get creative and make something, start a garden, maybe get yourself something special,workout.... there's a few thing you could do. Just try not to dwell on stuff. Live your life to the fullest because it could be over with any day now! Good luck!

Well, everybody is moody some times. Usually these last for only one to several hours or days. Often the cause of this lowered mood is obvious; sometimes it occurs for no reason. Some people experience more prolonged periods of sadness following the loss of a friend or family member. This is usually described as grief or bereavement. A depressive illness is a persistent lowering of mood lasting for several weeks at a time, and accompanied by a specific group of physical and psychological symptoms. This may cause serious physical, psychological and social problems, and requires specific treatment.
Hope this helps someone! cheers

I have to say that doesn't work for me, only cause then if something doesn't go right then I get more aggravated...So I think that I will have to stick with the music idea or sitting by the water thing...Thanks for your comment

Not that easy for me....When I get angry, most people know to stay away from me...Just cause I am not very friendly when I am pissed...

I always find it helpeful to lash out at someone...but first make sure the person knows whats going on and is alright with it...
You know not exactly lash out but vent...

I have detected a pattern in my anger. Whenever I get angry, I really get hot for the first few minutes then I can calm down very quickly so I try to think about a joke or something funny tat I have heard or seen and try to forget the anger for those first few minutes and then it all gets easier to handle.
