Yes, Mary truly was a virgin and God supernaturally made her have Jesus. With God, all things are possible. People do not understand that we do not even use 10% of our brain power, so how can we reason that God does not exist or does not perform miracles. Maybe if we did use all of our brain, we would see more of God, as we would be more like Him.
