I'm Back! Woohoo!

Gosh, i've been out of mylot for 2 days coz i can't access the site. Whenever i try to go to mylot website, i get a blank page, as in blank! I emailed them, no reply. I'm glad i got a friend here (my one and only referral, hehe) and asked her to send mylot a mssg regarding my problem. And in an hour, voila, I'm Back!!!
Anyone who had the same prob before?
I can't believe how much i'll miss the discussions here! :)

I heard a few people talk about this but it was because of some earth quake or something. I am glad you are back and enjoying it again. I think i will take some time of from mylot soon to spend some time with the kids and girlfriend lol.
This site and some others are taking over my life.:)

Yes, I have also begun to realize that it is becoming a bit addictive for me also. Especially, when there are so many interesting topics going on. I believe I will also be taking some time off, but hopefully, I will be back ASAP, depending on what is going on in my schedule for the next few weeks, we'll see...maybe I will even be able to sneak in an hour or two...

i had the same problem yesterday and awhile ago. and that was not the first time. i was having the same problem a couple of days ago. i wonder why these kind of problems occur here in mylot? i also usually have problems accessing the website. and so i can't log in most of the time. i end up missing a lot of discussions. in short, i really missed mylot.

I'm sure that was quite frustrating! I know I can't seem to stay away, and if I couldn't access the site I don't know how I'd react! How could I cope? Who would I talk to? What would I do with my time? No discussions. No rolling of my eyes. No scrolling religiously for a great topic to answer. No more friend requests. Gasp! I'd have withdrawal symptoms!

lol! in desperation, i joined the other discussion site just so i would feel better(?). if you want the link i could PM it to you. yes, it's very frustrating especially if you don't know what's the problem. all the other sites were functioning and horribly, mylot's not, urgh. i'm just glad i'm back ... and the stars that greeted me just picked up my spirits :)

no i didnt but i had to be out of the internet for a while, therefore no mylot. well, me because my laptop charger stopped working and i couldnt turn on the laptop and so i started using my brothers computer and came back to mylot.

Welcome back!
Me too faced the same problem, i was jus thinking of starting a discussion to ask for help but ,then i saw ur discussion. I tried changing browsers n all, even tried from another system but no effect.
THen after 1 hr it got alrite.
We have lot of web developers etc here, can anyone explain the cause.
I had deleted my cookies jus before i faced this problem, but i hav done that many times b4 ,n never face this thing.

mylot's upgrading is continuous, it interferes with the speed and access sometimes.

my invites/referrals are also having the same problems with the usernames they want to use. i hope they get thru like you too, so they can start to post, earn, and have fun.

Wow! I don't know how I would cope if that happened to me, I'm so addicted to Mylot at the moment! *laugh* I'm so glad that you were able to get ahold of your refferal so that they could contact Mylot for you. I wonder if it was truly them contacting the site that fixed the problem, or if it would have cleared up anyway? It's hard to imagine that within one hour Mylot would have gotten to the email and figured out how to fix things. But who knows! Either way, I am glad that you are able to be back! ^_^

The only time I have been unable to get back on is when they were updating the system a little while back...I was concerned for a sec, thinking that I would have to go back to fixing my system again. That is wierd though. Did they give you a reason why it occurred, especially for two days? Did you try getting in on another computer? Sometimes, I have to use my husband's when mine is getting a bit haywire.

nope, i emailed them (offsite) but got no reply. i chatted with my mylot buddy online and got really concerned when i learned from her that she's not having any connection problems that time. so i asked her to send mylot a message about my case. and just about an hour after, i got the access back :) dunno if it was my email, her mssg, or the system just had its occasional hiccup. weird! but i'm just happy i'm back :)

yes, it's good to have email addresses of your buddies, haha! now i guess i have to strip off my total privacy-thing, and start communicating with mylot friends outside the site :)
