I'm trying to replace potato chips with healthier snack foods like fruits and nuts but sometimes they just don't cut it.
I always like the taste of Bacon but know it's bad for you soI eat Morningstar Soy Bacon in the mornings sometimes.
But I also got hooked on eating Baco's from the jar. I read the nutrition info on the label but I'm not a nutritionist and the labels are pretty confusing.
so on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being fruits and veggies and 10 being potato chips where would you say Bacos fall.

I know that you are trying to do a good thing with eating them, but I am not too sure on them. A lot of fruit snacks and other "healthy" snacks are very high in fat and you have to read the Nutrition Label carefully. Make sure you read how many servings are broken down in the pack, then look at the nutritional facts, like fat and calories.

I dont think Bacos are a healthy snack food. I would have to say they are at least a 8. I wouldnt use that as a healthy alternative
