A 31/2-ounce serving of the following fish provides at least 700 milligrams (0.7 gram) of omega-3 fatty acids important to relieve arthritis:
Anchovies*
Bass, striped
Bluefish
Herring*
Mackerel*
Sablefish*
Salmon
Sardines*
Shark
Trout, brook
Trout, lake*
Tuna, white
*These contain double the omega-3s, or at least 1.4 grams.
In general, the darker the flesh, the fattier the fish and the more omega-3s it contains.

From a health standpoint, fish is better for you. Eggs are high in cholesterol which clogs your arteries. Not only is fish very low in cholesterol, if it is grilled or baked, but it helps lower cholesterol. As for protein value, fish actually has about the same amount of eggs per serving.

Both in moderation are the best. Egg yolks have 250 mg of cholesterol in each one. A good diet should only consist of 1400 mg of chol. in one week. A three egg omellette is 1/2 of a week's allowance. Fish can contain high levels of mercury in them. A lot of Asian people get low levels of mercury poison. Egg whites and high OMEGA-3 fish combination is the best...probably not together though.

Eggs has too much cholesterol compared to fish. fish on the other hand has omega 3 which is good for the heart.
