How many people actually listen to rap music? I listen to it, but i listen to more rock. What do people think about rap music? Does it make you a bad person that wants to go out and kill? I would like to hear some responses about rap music and I would like to know how many people are against rap music.

I don't really listen to most rap music. Some of it is really difficult for me to even call "music." However, I don't believe that music of any kind is responsible for "making" someone want to go out and kill people. Its ridiculous and overly simplistic to blame something like that on rap music.

I like rap. I don't think it makes a person any more likely to be violent than any other kind of music.
People have been complaining about music being a bad influence since it was invented. It's nothing new.

I listen to rap music a lot, but it is Christian rap music, so it does not make me want to go out and kill everyone. I like rap music because of the beats that they use mostly, and in Christian rap, also the words they use. I used to listen to regular mainstream rap, but I don't at all anymore, as I find the lyrics horrible and disgusting. The beats are great, it is just too bad that they have to use some of the words they do.

I listen to rap music. I don't think there is anything wrong with listening to it. Some rap is very good for sending out positive messages to children.

I listen to rap, since it's not that hard as rock, snd sometimes maybe in term of the lyrics which is contributing crime and violence and so on, we do not judge it as bad as it sounds. Some listeners just enjoying the musics, and many more jost get attraction to the music only rather than the lyrics...
