No I'm not but do eat soy,drink soymil once in a while alternating between cow's milk and soy. I do not believe in eating all plant foods all the time. Like meat once in a while. Most of the vegeterians I met particularly vegans didn't look so good.

I could definetly live on veggies and grains alone... I love all kinds of salads, breads and pastas... I never liked meat very much but do cook it for my family... It's a taste preferance for me that a moral thing.. I just never liked meat all that much...
