Do you like cooking or eating vegetables fresh?

A school thought believes that eating vegetables raw is the most nutritious for the body system than cooking it.

I prefer my vegetables cooked. For some reason I like my vegetables soft and coooking does just that. There is onlt one vegetable I will eat raw and that is carrots but I still prefer those cooked too.

I love vegetables just about any way you can fix them. I like raw vegetables in salads, however there are so many other ways to eat them. And anything is good if you have the right dip to dip it in. However, I also like them cooked. Nothing's better than fresh corn on the cob on a summer day. Yum yum!

I love eating raw vegetables. I think it is a great snack well sitting on the computer. I like to eat them with Ranch Dressing to dip them in. The one I like the most is Snow Peas. They are great raw. Cooking most vegetables loses the taste and all the vits we need. I still eat cooked vegetables at meal time. But as far as a snack I like them raw the best...

It really depends on the vegetable because some really taste different and have a different texture when cooked.
I love raw carrots but can't stand them cooked. They just don't taste the same and the are mushy.
I love raw cucumbers and celery but don't really like them cooked.
I like cooked zuccini but can't stand it raw.
I think the texture has a lot to do with it for me. Some vegetables are just meant to be crunchy and some are meant to be mushy, in my opinion.
I think in general I eat more raw veggies than cooked, but that is me.

I'd think so.Cooking vegetables reduces their nutritious value significantly.
