Oh I've run into my fair share of scams out there. There are plenty of them, even some that look legit. To find out about some you can go here http://www.gptboycott.com/ They list some of the ones that they have found to be scams. For some good ones you can check out my site http://emeraldislesweb.info it has sites listed where I have been paid.

If you really want to make money online you should find somthing that your really like doing - like your hobby - then create a website or blog dedicated to your hobby - then you can make money but giving that niche market what they want - merchandice, information, advice, etc... I tried all the email, survey things but I was not making enough money or they were scams. I use those type of sites for refferals because so many people are looking for easy ways to make money so I will pick up a extra 10 - 20 bucks a month on referrals but now that I have my own website I deal with people who like the same things that I like therefore it is not hard to figure out how to sell them things that they want - If I want them then most likley they will too. They also have online customer service jobs like http://www.workathomeagent.com - they pay you by the hour and you can choose your own schedual. This is what I do to make sure the bills are getting paid while I grow my online business. you can go to my profile and check out my wrestling websites and other business I do. But I think that people always look for the easy way to a 1,000,000 bucks but If you want to be successful it will take a lot of work. Online or offline!

Ask to the authorities about it or report them if ever they are just fooling you around so that their site will be banned

I never heard of those sites before, so I can not say for sure if they are or not. If you have not receive your payment yet, maybe that can answer your question.

You may find these three sites helpful.
www.freewebs.com/paying_programs
www.amylynn.org
www.surveypolice.com
It's always a good idea to do an internet search on any program you are considering joining. You may have to dig a little, but more than likely if it's a scam, you will find it posted somewhere.

Looks like you are into it big time. It is true that the more you are the more likely....sooner or later....you will get scamed. At this can happen from ligitimate companies that overself the simplicity of thier system.
I have started....and quit...two besniess that cost far more than it brought in. So when I look at anything it has to make sense up frount with no or little cost except work.
There is a web site I ran across you may be interested in. I have nothing to do with him but he provides an e-mail that warns his subscribers of any scam that he has uncovered.
According to him he has tried almost every business there is and now trys to warn others about them. I do not know if it would be of any help or not. I recieve the e-mails but becasue I am out of the on-line business world....except for this....I really don't read them. But worth a look for you.

Interesting topic since more nad more people are trying to work from home ...
I have been doing surveys for 3 months now and as a rule if you have to pay for anything then it is highly probable it is a scam. But as to my own experience here are some site from which i have ACTUALLY received checks or been paid via paypal : www.acop.com
www.treasuretrooper.com/211660
www.your2cents.com
But anyway don't think u can make a fortune overnight ... those are free to sign-up companies so they don't have as manysurveys as some paying sites (among which very few are honest and I don' t know any of them since I only do the free stuff), plus you need to qualify for the entire survey to get rewarded. So you need to register to as many as possible. But at least they do pay
You can stay in touch with me if you want to know if I received new checks from other sites ... I will be happy to help you.
PS : here is one site I am new to but it's free so I gave it a try .it is a referral based program: www.gardenofgold.net/index.php?view=info&ref=ricknkae
