Does anyone still love this movie?

I love this movie. This is my favorite movie of all time. Few people realized that the plot of this movie is very sad. Forrest is growing up without a father and is mentally challenged. He lost his best friend during the Vietnam war, and he rarely sees his only true love. However, Forrest faces his life with the only attitude he knows -- optimisim. This is the kind of sad movie that makes you laugh and feels empowered after watching it.

That was a fabulous movie!! I loved it! I remember especially the scene where it was raining and he said the rain was coming from every direction. Now I'm going to have to go watch it again, lol.

i loved and still love this money. i own the 4 disc collectors edition. i love the movie, and it has been one of my favorites from the first time i saw it, when i was 8 years old at my uncles house.
