Must be light weight. long battery life Rest depends upon ur needs For net--Buy slow one For multimedia and gaming --buy fastest and latest.

depends on lots of things. you should first find your requirements such as, budget, is it for home or office use, for work/business related or entertainment etc. then look for the brand that has the features that you require within your budget limits.... so budget is the main criteria..the more money you want to spend, you can get better features with qualities.. and of course look for the warranty too.. so does not matter with the brand, i feel dell, Toshiba, sony are all good

Dell has introduced a whole lot of new features in their newly launched laptops, get a demo to see how good it works. Always look for the one with very good service and warranty options. What about Lenovo's laptop with face recognition as your password??

I think Apple laptops are pretty good. I do not know about prices, though. You can look it up at the Apple store online.
