Did you know that the 2003 invasion of Iraq is in fact April 18, 1775, in North America? Remember Thomas Gage and Francis Smith, and their mission of April 18, 1775? Well, if you can parallel the two events, then you would not be surprised by the acts of either Blair - Thomas Gage, or Bush - Francis Smith.
And about lapdog, I think it is Bush who is indeed a lapdog to Blair. You British folks ought to know this by now - you ought to know that most US top officials are always attempting to gain acceptance from the British, the very ones that rejected them.

Well, it sounds to me that he is saying it better that it is them and not us. He probably doesn't want to disappoint Bush or something like that.

Blair is on his way out and what he says is no longer of any importance. We will have a new prime minister by the summer (possibly earlier) and I believe there will be a different approach. Hopefully our troops will be pulled out of Iraq, and we certainly won't participate in any battles with Iran. If America wants to wreck itself fighting silly wars, they can go ahead without us.
