What kind of pasta do you like most?

I started to like pasta when I have tasted the Lasagna. It's so yummy. I like the layered of white and red sauce and the mouth watering cheese. Since then, I love looking in different kind of pastas. I love also the puttanesca, angel hair spaghetti and fettuciine in seafood marinara sauce. So to all pasta lovers, share me your yummy experiences and for additonal infos, can you share me some of your favorite pasta?

I just cooked that at home. I cooked the penne with beef and mushroom italian sauce.Everybody loves it, and maybe you should try that one too.

wow..i just cooked the penne in tomato beef and msuhroom italian sauce and everybody loves my home made pasta. maybe you should try also that one. it's really yummy

aside from seafoods, i always like eating pasta especially spaghetti, pizza and lasagna. for pizza, i enjoyed eating mozarella cheese pizza. i also like eating carbonara.

I've always loved fettucini with alfredo sauce. I prefer white sauce pasta with seafood or chicken on it. I seldom eat lasagna because I find it too cheesy. Sometimes I do crave for Filipino style spaghetti too.

fettucine is also one of the best pastas I have ever tasted. It's creamy mushroom sauce with bacon or ham, sliced chicken on top.

definitely, everybody loves and crave for spaghetti. No matter how many pastas we have tried, spagetti is still the one we are always looking back.

i love lasagna most of all. i also love spaghetti bolognese and carbonara. but among the three, lasagna is my all time favorite especially when topped with tons of cheese. so delicious!

My favorite of all time: BAKED ZITI
INGREDIENTS
1 pound dry ziti pasta
1 onion, chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
6 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
1 1/2 cups sour cream
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add ziti pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes; drain.
In a large skillet, brown onion and ground beef over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce, and simmer 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer as follows: 1/2 of the ziti, Provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheeses are melted.

In reality I like all kinds of pasta but I guess my favorite is ziti. I would eat that every day if I had the chance.

Ziti also is one of the best pasta I have eaten. Especially if there's a lot of meat sauce and a little combination of white sauce. So Yummy!
