My favorite Dr. Hook song is probably, well, hum, I guess I really don't have one favorite Dr. Hook song I like them all. What is your favorite Dr. Hook song?

I'm not really all that into Dr Hook. My parents love that sort of stuff but I prefer music that's a bit more modern. That said, when I was a little kid 'Sylvia's Mother' always used to make me cry...

Yes, that is a good song. I always liked Carry Me Carrie too. Dennis' voice was unique. I have even started buying some of his cd's. He has some really nice songs. I like Ray's voice real well too.

my favorite is "cover of the rolling stone". i also like "only 16" and "the millionaire".

Ah yes, Cover Of The Rolling Stone is a good one. They did a pretty good job of Only 16 but I'm kind of stuck on the Sam Cooke version of that.

I love them all too. I actually got to see them play at a bar in Oregon back in 1995(?). They were still fantastic. I like the odd songs..."You Make My Pants Want To Get Up and Dance", "Penicillan Penny", "Up On the Mountain", and "Got Stoned and I Missed It".

OMG I've been a fan of Dr.Hook for YRS!! I'd have to say that I couldnt narrow it down to just one song but definately some of my favs would have to be (in no specific order) Carry me Carrie (LOVE that song!) Cover of the Rolling Stone Roland the Roodie and Gertrude the Groupie Baby Makes her Blue Jeans.. When you're in Love w/a beautiful woman Sexy Eyes Penicilline Penny Get my Rocks Off thats just to name a few LOL

Carry Me Carrie is one of my favs too. Its such a shame more of their really good songs didn't get air play.

I love Dr Hook, especialy the older stuff. I got stoned and I missed it and cover of the rolling stone are the 2 I like best. The bankrupt album is always one of my favorites too.

Like you, I really like all of the Dr. Hook songs. There is no way I could even begin to narrow it down to just one favorite song. Some of my favorites include; Better Love Next Time A Little Bit More The Millionaire Only Sixteen Sexy Eyes Sharing The Night Together
