Shorthand?

bus = business acct = account or accounting w/ = with trans = transaction or transfer comm = communicate or communications I know I use a lot more than that, but it's 5am and i'm not remembering any more offhand.

probably the short cuts they use in chatrooms would be the best way to go....I had to laugh yesterday a friend said..."gday m8" to me ....I think that is a goody and they have heeps for chatrooms.....

I usually like to use abbrevations to make words shorter and that works for me somewhat.

I know you wanted us to compile a list of Short hand.. But I am not sure how to do that unless drawing and uploading pictures... c for with + for and sorry that's all I can think of for the moment - i'll come back with more as I think of them.

government=govt because=b/c association=assoc anything ending in "tion" i usually abbreviate like intervention=interven i have more but cant think of them right now. A lot of times I abbreviate on the spur of the moment.
