HBP is a hereditary kind of desease, and as for me,we have that on our tree...Yes!Garlic can regulate high blood pressure causing it to level down its medial stage..But it is not advisable to always use this cause it can cause heart problems...!

That's wonderful that the garlic helped. But you should see a doctor to make sure it's working enough. You can have serious problems from high blood pressure.
According to recent estimates, nearly one in three U.S. adults has high blood pressure, but because there are no symptoms, nearly one-third of these people don't know they have it. In fact, many people have high blood pressure for years without knowing it. Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attack, heart failure or kidney failure. This is why high blood pressure is often called the "silent killer." The only way to tell if you have high blood pressure is to have your blood pressure checked.

Yes garlic is good as a prevention and treatment for high blood pressure but it's not a cure, you should get a medical check and continue to use garlic too.. chewing it is hard because of the taste and the effect of it in the mouth, you can just slice it to smaller pieces and swallow it with water like pills.

He is right for some reason that a garlic can lower cholesterol levels in blood; and for hypertension. But it is better to consult your doctor for proper treatment and proper medication.

Well, I never really have heard of that before and I am not sure either. But, if it did work, maybe it is so true somehow.

I have heard both that garlic was good for high blood pressure and I heard it wasn't. You should go to the doctor to make sure its not something else. Also it would be a good idea to limit how much salt you use.

Thanks for sharing your experience...
It is important to take steps to keep your blood pressure under control. The treatment goal is blood pressure below 140/90 and lower for people with other conditions, such as diabetes and kidney disease.
Adopting healthy lifestyle habits is an effective first step in both preventing and controlling high blood pressure.
If lifestyle changes alone are not effective in keeping your pressure controlled, it may be necessary to add blood pressure medication

Garlic's amazing abilities to curb many health ailments and lower blood pressure naturally (including pulmonary hypertension), have been documented for over 5,000 years; thus making it one of the most effective herbs to lower blood pressure and increase your overall heart health.
Even without first-hand scientific proof, people throughout the ages have been benefiting from these marvelous cloves of the earth.
