Mylot .. the love and hate complex!

I don't love mylot or hate it. I really do like it though! :-) I know they are growing as they go and making changes and perks here and there as they see the need for them. They are still under construction, to me, so I try to understand and keep patience. However, I do see where things could be changed for the better or adjusted, so I can't pass up joining in where my ideas apply. Maybe it is out of love I want to see great things happen with this site.

I think that I love myLot but when I actually think about the earnings it annoys me that so many people seem to be looking on it as one of the main aspects of it because lets face it - it ain't paying us very high in terms of hourly rate. I love posting on myLot and chatting and researching things and do not really rely on the money - basically because I am not making very much but I know some poeple are posting 30 resposes a day. What kind of earning does that make??? $1.50 or something. That isn't alot for the amount of time on here. I suppose I just hate how so many people are such money grabbers on here because that is not what myLot is meant to be about. It's just meant to be a bit of an incentive. Speak soon x

I really like mylot, I don't really know anything about the money aspect I havent been here long enought for that, For me it's a outsource I am a stay at home mom so it gets me on the outside, I enjoy some of the discussions, and responses I get. There are some that I wonder about but it doesnt get me down that often. So the answer is: Love to hate it but just can't really hate it.

I like mylot. I've only been here a week, but have already made a fair bit of money from not really doing anything. I've found some really interesting discussions too, and as I'm opinionated, I'm enjoying replying to other people's questions.

SInce I joined mylot 3 weeks ago, i started to love mylot,i am actually getting addicted to it..lol.. I enjoy the discussions with other members, I can learn something new everyday,I can als olearn different cultures as I meet many new people from different countries everyday. Although there are some other sites that will pay membersd better than in mylot, but i will stay in mylot becasue it is better than the other.

i hate it coz it takes so long to load a page when i do not have such problems with any other sites. i hate it coz it seem to pay little for lotsa work and time involved. i hate it coz i dunno if it's paying at all. sometimes the counter moves other times it doesnt. i love it coz i have learnt a lot from many discussions here. topics that i had never tot of b4 in depth. i love it when i've got nothing else to do at home i'll just come on and do my 'work'. i love it coz its fun to read how ppl respond to certain question. like u... i've got mixed feelings for it :/

Oh I hate to love it because i come in fully intending to spend one hour here and end up spending way more! That's why I now put it off until the end of the day - otherwise I'd spend the entire day here! It has nothing to do with the money - that's just a side benefit!!

The money is just gravey...it is not enough to even worry about. The attraction to mylots is the discussions and the fun of meeting and greeting people from all over the country, and sometimes all over the world. It has been very interesting and quite compelling.

Others here just do it to benefit for the points that they will earn, they even complain about their ratings. saying that it means nothing to them but posts it and still complains on their slumping rating. Except for those who are just newbies here and for those who are here weekly, I know their sentiments and I try to understand their situations. As for me, some things here shouldn't be taken more seriously..

As I'm new here I was just trying to establish if i really love mylot despite a few things i hate or I hate it and just keep going on because of the earnings.. well my earnings are very small to speak of or to even reach the payout level.. so i guess i love mylot after all :)

I am a relative new comer, so my opinion may not count, but I happen to enjoy the place. I am not looking to make a lot of money but I consider it nice that I do get paid for exercising my typing fingers and my mind. I find it pleasant to be able to speak my mind on different topics and learn how others feel as well.

I just joined yesterday and so far I really like it. It can be kind of addicting though.
