How often do you wash your car?

I did not wash my car for a very long time now. My husband takes care of that and I have to say he does a good job. I always find it clean and with the engine checked. I just get inside and go! My sister is always complaining about the mess she has in her car. She has crisps, tissues, children's clothes and shoes, plastic bags, and everything you can imagine in hers.
How often do you clean your car? Is it really a mess when you decide to clean it or you would rather clean it frequently to make the tough job easier?

I haven't for a while now. Sometimes when I see things piling up in my car like straw wrappers, sugar packets- I'll clean it out. But I'm not a big fan of that. Usually I'll find a french fry under my seat and god only knows how long it's been there -eek!

I rarely clean the car. I prefer to do most other cleaning than that as it is such a hassle having to pull the hoover out to the front garden and get the hose out etc.
I do occasionally collect the rubbish out from the inside but that is usually the best clean it gets from month to month.

It is normal if your husband takes care of that. But if you wash your husband car, that is bad. You know why, if you don't know, it's ok because that is not important.

No I never wash my husband's car. Don't have time, but if he did not wash it for me I think that I don't wash it more than once a month. You said that if I washed his car, it's bad. I think it's becase he does not show any respect. That is the only thing that came in mind.

I prefer cleaning it once a week. but really depends upon where I have taken the car and what condition is it in. If i go off roading then I prefer to take it to the car wash otherwise I prefer cleaning it myself.

I have no car because of I have not enough money to buy one car, I am very poor, so that I have not to wash any car. I have only one motobike which its worth is about $500, but it is the biggest wealth I have. I usually wash it twice a month. Do you think I am lazy? I am not lazy, I have to take it to garage and the fee for wash one motobike is $0.5 and it is quite big money. This is the main reason why I only wash motobike twice a month.

That will be the job of everyone. My brother, sister, and also my own father, since there is only one car. I don't washed it since I never use it...well, because I can not drive. So, I just ask my sister, brother, or father to drive for me. Well, so far no complaint, so... its ok.

Cars should be washed everyday especially when you are travelling in dusty roads and land road. But if you are in urban areas where smoke only and dust is not as worst when travelling by land, applying a car wax after wiping your car with dry cloth is just fine.

Well it depends on the weather.. My husband is the one to wash it, and in the winter it really doesn't get washed as much.. but during the better weather he washes it like every weekend.
