Responses on discussions you started,do you go back and comment on them?

I try my best to comment so they would know that I'm reading their views and opinions. Also to exchange informations for other members' sake. And also to see/monitor if the respondents are making original responses, and not spamming..

I go back and respond and rate their answers. I like the people to know that I do read their comments and am truly interested in what they say whether I agree with the response or not. After all, these are discussions and I don't just want people who agree with me to answer but to see both sides of the discussion so I comment on both types of answers.

I actually find it more amusing to comment on replies to my discussions than replying on other discussions. =) I usually comment on all responses on my topics before I reply on others'. =)

Yah !! even i do response all of them, hey!1 i think even that response also gets earning from muylot...thats the reason i make them comments...can u please convey me that whether that comment adds to your earning or not??

Hi, Sorry for the my late input but was just reading a post you left on one of my discussions and thought I would come and see what interesting discussions you had placed! So in response to your question I do go back and read ALL comments, but on some there are sooo many answers you could be there all day thanking people! When that happens I usually put a thank you on the first page and perhaps answer one or two that I have strong feelings about! Apparantly going back to respond could get you labelled as a 'bumper' by leaving responses it bumps your post back to the top of the 'recent discussions' page, so what I tend to do is come to responders profiles and pick a discussion I want to answer, helps both you and I earn money that way!

I've only posted one discussion so far, but I do plan to check all of my future discussions every day. It's one of the things that's important on myLot, and it's just polite. Why post a discussion if you're not going to respond to readers? Unless you're just here for the points.

Some of the participants give wonderful responses to the discussion topic. Sometimes there is a lot to learn from their responses. I go back and give rating to the responses and then take a note of their responses, give apprpopriate comment.

My discussions are gone back to and now that I am emailed I can go and respond to the ones that need it. I rate those that give 3 or 4 lines or more of an answer, or are witty enough to get me to respond with a single line. I comment on the ones, since we told by Management not to respond to every one, that grab me and urge me to say something in return. I do rate the good ones even if I don't respond. I appreciate everyone that takes the time to respond. But please don't tell me I don't know or sorry, those are not answers, I am relunctant but some days you get a minus. Definitely do if not on topic! I wait a time to pick a best response to give the most people the chance to answer. Learned that since I was first here! Don't want to leave anyone out of the possibility of best resonse. So I do take the discussions seriously, even when responding. I look forward to see what others have to say!

Thats a good thing,that u respond to the resposes,i too read all the posts who reply and i comment and also rate them.

I like to go back and rate the comments first. Next I make comments to the responses that need one. Some responses just don't need a comment. Then a few days later after members have had a chance to voice their opinion I go back and choose the best response.

ITs is quite important to be honest!! The people are taking their time out to respond to your discussions and all that, and some of themare really quality responses.... In that case they do deserve a comment and a rating too..... There are people who respond just for teh sake of responding, I tend to ignore them totally, but the good ones... sure thing, they will get my comment!! It should actually be treated as part of the general courtesy that we should extend to fellow mylot users!!

yeah, it would help you in your earnings and ranking. just check once in a while who responded your discussions and try to comment about what they replied.

I try to go back and reply to discussions. But sometimes I'll get so caught up in reading my friend's discussions or replying to topics of the same interest.

Yes I try to reply to my responses I get, and also rate them.

Well, that is just so good for you. I rate everyone that respond to my discussions with a positive rating and I comment if needed be.
