What is your most dreaded cleaning chore???

What chore around your house do you DREAD doing and put off the longest?
Mine would be folding laundry. I HATE IT! I don't mind washing the laundry and I don't even mind the ironing, but those clothes that need to be folded like towels, socks, underwear, etc get on my nerves! They usually stay in a laundry basket in my bedroom floor for about a week before I get up the courage to go ahead and fold them. LOL And, it's so stupid beecause I gripe every morning while I am digging thru 100,000 unfolded socks to find a matching pair!~ LOL

i don't handwash my dishes anymroe,but when i did i hated the skillets from if i made something greasy or fried something where it stuck! well, actually i still hate that because i really have to clean it before I can put it in the dishwasher. :)

HA! Wow, here I was thinking I was the ONLY one that just left my clean laundry in the basket on the floor of the bed room. Can't really say I complain about sorting through things to find what I need. But, WOW! There's a lot of people that do that. So, I don't feel so uhh.. dumb now! LOL! Thanks folks!

My most hated chore to do is washing dishes!! I just cannot stand putting my hands in the nasty water. I try to keep gloves to use for dish washing ,but somehow they always go missing. My daughter does the dhishes alot and loves it.

oh...don't you hate that...peple don't scrape their plates and just leave them for you. You're right, you end up doing the dishes by hand BEFORE they go in the dishwasher! LOL

yes...thank goodness i have an electric dishwasher. LOL my 15 year old neice will literally get sick and gag if there is any food particles floating in the dish water when she has to wash dishes. LOL

I also hate washing dishes. I also have a dishwasher but I also have a husband that NEVER rinses his plate!! So when I do the dishes (sometimes the next day if I am tired) I end up scrubbing plates just to put them in the dishwasher.

I am the only female in this household. I dread cleaning the bathroom...........no further explaination needed I'm sure LOL :)

Mine would be cleaning the bathrooms. That's why it's great that my husband has taken over that job. I like the bathrooms clean, but just don't like to actually do. I prefer the vacuuming and dusting.

several people don't like the bathroom. the only thing I don't like about cleaning the bathroom is the shower. that shower door drives me nuts. can't figure out how to get it clean from soap scum. :)

I found some really great stuff for soap scum. Try this website called melaleuca.com. it has great products that are all eco-friendly. There is this one multi purpose solution called Sol-u-mel that is tough as nails.

No, I do them no matter what. I love a clean house and I need to lose weight, chores help me lose weight and I can have a clean house by doing it.

oh i do the chores (except for folding some clothes), but i sure hate it! LOL I like a clean house, too. I wish I had a maid! LOL

My most dreaded chore is giving my six dogs a bath, The bath part isn't so bad it finding them after the first bath because all the rest get the message. My husband dries them but he also has to catch them and they are a lot smarter than he is, so the whole affair turns into a dog rodeo.

LOL i have never had SIXX dogs to bathe, but it was a chore when I had the one. :) That is a hard thing!

Scrbbing the stove. I hate scrubbing down the stove. It's tedious, it breaks my nails, I get headaches from the cleansers and it just takes so much out of me. I will put it off and put it off and put it off as much as I can. But I always do it, eventually.

i have a self cleaning stove, but you still have to clean on it after it "self cleans". LOL It does make it a bit easier, though. I remember before I had the self cleaning part...it was SUCH a pain!

oh and clothes Im the only one that folds my clothes. when it come to folding towles there is only one way to fold them. my boyfriend laughs at me because of it or he will try to fold them the wrong way just to get me going. or socks that have a hole in the heel. my boyfriend says that he has to buy new socks every month.

I hear ya I hate folding laundry I wash and dry them and tell kids put your crap away mine is in a big chair beside my bed except for dresses and suits I hang theose and hubby does his own laundry too which is great..,..

LOL my husband is living in Florida so I dont' have to do his right now either. I am so bad about folding it, though. Right this second, I can look over on my couch and see 2 loads of towels sittign on my couch calling my name. LOL

How's this for a change. My most dreaded chore is cleaning my e-mail bins. I have to deal with all of the chores in my houses...but I hate even thinking about deleting all the spam and junk mail that accumalates. I do laundry very often...cleaning up my e-mail? Maybe once or twice every 6 months. Not to mention the fact that I have my personal e-mail, my work e-mail, and my business e-mail. That's 3 times the pain!

Doing laundry is one I hate to do. The folding in particular. It kills my shoulders to do and so I have a tendency to try and put it off as long as possible. however that is easier said then done. It always seems to need doing and it never ends. The other is washing the tub. I hate that, for the same reason it kills my back. However it's not like we can not do them even if I wish differently.

I absolutely hate washing the bathroom. Its very necessary for hygiene purpose and when my roommates 7 i are dividing up duties, i try to avoid getting bathroom duty:)

I dread dusting! I dont like it so much because Ive had allergies just doing it! and i hate it because when i dont dust, it gets more and more because our place is just polluted and dusty, so I have no choice!
