My Lot has got a NEW Look !!!! Cheers !

I login today and noticed that 'Mylot' has got a new look. The new look is more spohesticated, yet, it is more helpful.
* 'Horizontal' to 'Vetical' Shift - Have you noticed that now all the sub categories are being displayed in the vertical format ? For example, If you click on the tab 'discussion', you will find its sub categories on the left most side of the page (just below your profile picture). They are now showing the subcategories in a vertical format, i.e. from up to down. I am finding navigating much easier beacuse of this modification, as now, i can view all the sub categories in the same screen. Earler, i had to constantly navigate my mouse to locate some of the sub categories, as i was not able to see some of them in the horizontal format.
* The Resolution - The resolution is also looking better. It look like some one has modified 'pixels' from 640x480 to 800x600 ! The display charecters are now looking more compact and i am finding reading much more easier than before.
Overall, i am very pleased my the new look of the site. I think, i have missed out a couple of changes. If you noticed some other changes , then please share it here.
Also let me know, if how did you find this new look of Mylot .

nah nah...its chamnged...it appeared wierd at first but the change is good...n ya resolution is also better...but i don c the number of posts i hav replied to :S

i do prefer this look of mylot over the last.. it has got some new things as well.. as users by location!!.. it is more user friendly than the previous one!

It was weird at first, but I much prefer this version than the last. I find that I can navigate with ease whereas before it was a bit stilted. I also have noticed the site moves a bit faster and I have not encounterd any hang ups with my postings. I realy do prefer this than the old one. I am sure they will continue to updated, upgrade and so forth for a while yet. They are still new, I think.

I like the new look of mylot. Its good that yahoo people have joined mylot. But the only thing i am missing is the number of discussions in brackets after the username displayed on the main page. I want that back please.

I was a little confused and amazed the moment I sign in awhile ago but the change is superb.
What surprise me more is that Yahoo! search was in MyLot and it is really mean something big because it is such a prestige to have Yahoo on our site.

Yeah, mylot did make alot of changes and I think it is pretty good for them. The site looks alot better now, if you asked me.

i can see the changes although i am still trying to adjust.
at least the links are much more visible than before. also, i like the menu on top, but my number of posts isn't adding. i dont know if its a bug or what.. with the whole changes that has been implemented. mylot has been better since the day i got here. so cheers!

Well! Just at the time I joined in I was starting to be comfortable with the previous look. But with this format, it's like I was a Mylot newbie again. This look will take some getting used to, but luckily I saved useful MyLot websites with the old look.

yah when i opened mylot after 4 days i was like surprised to notice changes in mylot the all new look but it take me time to adjust with the new positions of signout and discussion links.

whenever i open discussions i always go first to the discussions my friends have started so i spent about 5 minutes looking for that before i noticed it was on the left. anyway so far it does look better and navigation is definitely easier

When I first noticed the new look it kinda caught me off guard a little bit. But now after a couple hours I think I am already used to it and do think it is better than the other layout they had before.

There are things that i like and don't like with this new look, mostly because i have already gotten used to the previous look.
I like that the search box now is in the middle top and bigger (lol). But i don't like how there's no rating or number of posts displayed next to the avatar on the top left side of the page. I normally check there to see my current number of posts, and this is kinda weird and i have to go to my profile or discussions to check it.
I like the top menu now though.

Yes I agree with you..The new look is much better and much more intact...It just needs getting used to it since I've already gotten used to the other style already..But more improvement and this will be a much more better site.Keep it up!

I am enjoying the new upgrades they implemented into the site. Makes it easier to navigate.
