Mylots has changed again.

I think mylot is getting better all the time. It is more usable, discussions are more accessible and the new look and feel is good on eyes too! It is just improving all the time!

The first thing I saw the numbers beside my name. Its GONE! I hope this new design of mylot will improve a lot and give us more advantage. We will go through this and continue response to the discussion added.

It is still there but you don't get to see it until you have done posting for a discussion.

I also was off the net for a couple of days and discovered these changes yesterday. I agree that it was easier to see what points you were up to on the main page, but it is still available when you post in a discussion. I especially like looking at the user by location and top referrals etc. Changing things keeps it all a bit fresh I think.

You will need to go and look at what you just responded as to see you number of posts now. I have a peice of paper next to my keyboard now to keep track of what I respond to. New and improved is not necessarily better. Welcome back!

You can see your ratings in your discussions now. I assume they decided on doing it that way since others were mentioning their ratings were going down so they did not want us to focus on our ratings and want us to concentrate on responding and creating topics. I think that is a good idea. I do like this new format and things are pretty easy to find now.

New and improved does not always make it better. There are still glitches and the numbers in parenthesis my our name is there as you post so just watch when you post and check your number. I write it down now next to my keyboard and off I go. Have taken to watching the population grow too. Hopefully soon the mail system here will work most times not just sometimes. Would be nice to get a notice when they decide they will be updated, upgrading, etc at such and such time.

I just returned yesterday after a couple of days holidays and noticed the changes on MyLot. I would much prefer to see the number of points beside my name as I found it more encouraging to post responses to discussions. Now I have to keep checking back and this takes up a lot of time. Maybe if enough of us complain, MyLot will revert back to the old way, or at least let us know the reason for the change.

Missing the amount of posts next to our names was the first thing I noticed new about the style. Other mylot members have contacted and asked if it will be put back. I'm not loving having to scroll down to find the amount but at the same time it's better then them taking it off completely. The discussion list is much better I think. More options, less time waiting.
